Yes the job was done properly. Very responsive and took pictures of the job as it was done. I feel the cost of this service is too high across the board. The rate charged was industry standard.

Paid by check in company name. Now tells me he lied to angie about name and wants me to wright another check in his name said my check in the company's name is a worthless piece of paper. While I wasn't home he tried to get in my generator to still battery charger that I paid him for don't trust this man.

Portable Generator Repair
James was wonderful! He was knowledgable and what he couldn't provide, he walked me through the steps to complete the repair. I plan on having him make regular maitenance calls twice a year. He told me that he is working on developing more clients in the Florida Panhandle, but will service those that he has in the meantime. I would certainly suggest trying him as I was completely happy with all that he did!!

Simply unbelievable service and response!!!!! James contacted me within minutes of posting my job on homeadvisor (this was 8pm folks). It was an emergency where my mom was in the dark due to a storm and the standby generator did not come on as it should have. James understood my concern and he offered to go out to Fairfield to look at the generator and get it up and running.....that's exactly what he did. TWO THUMBS UP James and ARC Services!!!! Highly recommended.
