Quality Vision Home Inspection offers general home inspections for the residential market in the Birmingham, Alabama area. We specialize in educating our clients and removing some of the stress in buying or selling a home. A general inspection is a visible inspection of all the homes major components and systems. We also offer pool and spa inspections. Along with a detailed report depicting the homes current condition we provide maintenance tips on how to keep the home in great condition protecting your investment.

His report was about 40-50 pages long, with detailed pictures and he was very thorough. He had the best price, out of 3 others quotes that we had received. I would like to note, that the house had been vacant for a long time and when Bill did the inspection, the gas was not turned on. We then had to contact the owner, who had to come out at another date to turn it on and then Bill was able to come back to finish the process at no additional cost.

He was very informative and discussed his opinion about my issues. He gave me some recommendations about resolving them. He gave me a list of providers to contact if I wished to do the repairs. He was upfront, honest and wanted to make sure I understood what was going on. He had a great price for his work; it was reasonable.

Bill was very thorough. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous, so he took the time to explain his actual inspection to me and share what his concerns were. I thought that was really nice of him, because typically inspectors would just send their report, without actually verbally explaining their report to the potential home owner.
