Happy At Home Pet Sitting

This woman is beyond belief. Does not honor her own contract and when questioned why she is wanting payment up front, goes against her contract, states that she couldn’t enforce the contract if I’m out of town. Of coarse I am going out of town, why else would I need a sitter. And when asked about my key, yes contract was signed and key was given, after texting her serveral times about it, she finally texts me back and tell me it’s under the door mat. I’m am home at this point and she can’t return it like a professional. Would not in a million years contact her again about watching my pets. So glad I avoided it this time.

She did an excellent job. She also texted and sent pictures on how our babies were doing. Kathy is an excellent dog sitter and would not leave them with anyone but her!.

Kathy came to the house for a meet and greet with our animals a few days prior to the time we left town for the Memorial Day weekend. She completed paperwork which gave her a complete profile as to their feeding and care needs, and all contact information for our veterinarian. She provided copies of the company's insurance certificates for both liability and bonding coverages. She offered to provide other services other than just taking care of the animals, like taking in the mail and newspaper, turning on certain lights at the time of her PM visit so the house wouldn't be dark at night. My dogs also require strict requirements to be separated in specific areas of the house and Kathy reassured me that she would see to this without fail. She made me feel confident that my babies would be well cared for. We thought we would return Monday evening, so Kathy was only to make the AM visit on Monday. When we decided we would prefer to return Tuesday morning, I called her on Sunday and asked if it would be possible for her to come on Monday PM as well. She was very obliging despite the late notice and change of plan. Happy At Home Pet Sitting rates are very reasonable and we weren't charged extra for the holiday. Kathy left notes of what time the visits took place, how the animals ate, confirmed that they did their 'business' in the yard when let out and how they behaved. My animals were able to remain in their home, sleep in their own beds as usual and not get stressed out as they would if they had been boarded in a kennel.
