Dan is a very personable man and seemed confident he could find and correct the two leaks in our roof. His cell phone rang pretty constantly while we were talking to him which made carrying on a conversation difficult. We chose him because he guaranteed he would fix the leaks. We arranged for him to come and do the work. He would start and stop and fail to come back when promised. He stuck with his original estimate even when the work entailed putting in the metal valleys. However, the roof is still leaking in one place, and he will not return our calls.
