When we set this up, they kept us totally informed of the appointment time, provided reminders, etc. This is a husband and wife company and they were a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I really like dealing with local small businesses. Zack was very thorough and explained everything before he left. The report was in our email inbox within a couple of hours after the inspection.
