I am a licensed subcontractor painter. I prefer billing to be at completion of job unless the job is large and then i prefer to have 50% at the start of a job and 50% at completion of job

Interior and Exterior painting, and minor sheet rock repair. In the sheetrock repair services that i perform i am also able to spray texture to match the existing walls. I also have experience in faux finishing. And as well i have had some experience in painting exterior pool slides, decks and pool coping. I am also able to do any kind of pressure washing., sealing, staining
