General Remodeling
Wrecked my house. Workmanship was horrible. He spray painted a metal globe on the ceiling with paint resulting in paint everywhere. Broke a pipe, caused horrific water damage to floor below. Uneven wood, failed to reapply insulation, created electrical circuits that pop a fuze whenever they are used. Installed appliances that never worked. Failed to pay suppliers and result was a lien on my house. Promised a schedule he never kept. This is the contractor you do not want to hire no matter what company name he is using. Ripped me off for $3000+!

I am waiting to settle, since I fired the contractor. At this point, I do not think the contractor cares; all I want back is $7000.00 of the $10,000. After talking to the other contractors, I feel it is fair to pay for the services rendered at $3000.00. I will do the work myself. I will need the PTAC unit and sleeve he ordered 3 months ago, so I can install it.
