Up and Up Home Inspections

The inspection that was done was very basic and non-scientific that you are better off not doing one or doing one yourselfâ Dave your money! Lots of issues were discovered by the owner that inspector completely missed, such as mis-leveled floors, windows not providing sealing and insulation (no temp gun was used), etc. nice guy, but work is not good.

Chris did a fantastic job at our new home inspection. He checked everything and even identified things that were correct but could be different. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer all my questions!
