They did a very good job in lawn care service there were no pop up weeds for awhile .They were good people and the pricing was competitive.

I've been a TDI customer for 4 months now, after having used and been unhappy with Judi's Lawn Care for over 6 years. I am happy I made the switch, as their pricing is comparable to Judi's, and I can see improvements in my lawn - fewer weeds and a thicker looking lawn in several problem areas.

After 2 weeks there is a lot of new grass!

Great. They're always quick and courteous, and their treatments work even though I started late in the cycle.

Turf doctor rep came to my home and spent time examining my problem shady lawn. Said they could not help me! Recommended changing my lawn to moss! Really appreciated the honest answers. If I move, I will use them.

It looks a lot better than my neighbors that don't get treated but they still don't kill every weed. They could improve a little bit but overall pretty good. Their very punctual they call me to make appointment and they come right when they say they'll be there and again I don't need to be there but they always set up a time and their very punctual, very professional and for what they do and the amount of land that they do I think their prices is reasonable.

This is the second review I have written as you did not print the first one.  Now most of the leaves on my tree are in my front yard. When are you going to print my complaint????

We had a different lawn company for many years, but our bermuda grass was getting worse every year.  I decided to try TDI because they do the pretty yards on our street.  Now our grass looks pretty.  It is amazing how green the grass is, and it is growing and filling in all the bare spots.

They are not only reasonably priced but use nothing but natural products to make our lawn look beautiful. All the people who we have encountered are friendly and helpful, they made sure we understand everything we need to know to keep our lawn healthy!!!

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  He did not use "strong arm" tactics but rather gave professional advice and opinions.  We signed up for service but with Turf Doctor you are not on a committed contract so that is a real plus.  We will have to see how it turns out as we have just begun using this service but we selected Turf Doctor based on this technician and also that we have seen outstanding results from this company on two houses in our neighborhood.

We are in our third year of service with Turf Doctor and are completely satisfied.  We have a Bermuda grass lawn.

They offer a good discount for annual payment.

Just before every application, our technician calls to confirm the appointment.  He arrives and is professional, efficient, but unhurried.  If he sees something that needs more work, he handles it right then.  They do not wait for me to complain, they are proactive and let me know something has to be done and that they will be coming back in a week or so to check and retreat.  We have been very pleased with their service and it all comes down to technicians who care about doing good work.

Have used Turf Doctors for about 4 season.  They do a customized schedule for me, as I want a good lawn but I don't need a golf  course-like yard.  The bermuda grass is hardy, but weeds sprout out, well, like weeds!  They do pre-emergents that take care of most of the weed issues.  They also spray my bushes for white flies and the like.  Bushes were almost dying when we moved in, and they have improved greatly.  They also fertilize, but not as often as on their usual contract.  We like it because we only have to mow every other week, and neighbors' lawns, which might be a little greener, have to mow much more often.
They always call before they do a treatment, which is helpful as I have a dog.  They were also very responsive last year when it seemed they missed fertilizing a strip of lawn.  Whatever they put down was amazing, because the grass went crazy, but this one strip did not.  It was actually pretty small, so I asked if they could just bring a little fertilizer (a couple cups full) and I'd take care of it myself.  Well, they brought half a large bag the next day!
If you get their complete contract, they will come out anytime for just about anything, but with my contract, they would charge if I needed something extra.  But they did not charge me anything for bringing by the bag of fertilizer.  We've been happy with the service.

We had used Turf Doctor at our other home before we moved, so when we had a problem at our new house, we called them immediately.  They responded promptly by coming out first to diagnose the problem and then returned within just a few days to place pesticide on the grass to kill the army worms.  They also treated the yard for weeds and fertilized it.  Although they told us that the bermuda grass may not totally recover this year, we already have beautiful green grass where all the dead grass once was.  They are so nice to deal with and stand behind whatever they do.

always call to verify availability and then arrive promptly and take good care of lawn. Have tried a couple of other vendors and been disappointed but not with this company - they do good work

We were so blessed to find Kevin Bryant with Turf Doctor as he knows all about growing a high brix organic garden!  He is one of the few people in the state of Alabama who is knowledgeable on this special type of gardening, and this was an answer to prayer in finding someone more locally who could provide the products instead of having them shipped from up north which becomes quite costly.  He was very nice to us in giving us samples to try and has been very helpful in giving us advice on how to grow a healthy lawn and garden naturally instead of with harsh chemicals.  We look forward to growing some wonderful high brix organic fruits and vegetables this year.

Always prompt and professional. Calls and confirms appointments the day before as promised. Lawn looks the best ever. We have tried 3 other providers, Superior, Lawn Doctor and TruGreen (what a nightmare!) and Turf Doctor is the best, hands down.
