He went above and beyond what I expected. He provided updates on the job. I knew that there were problems with water damage but also there were shortcuts taken by the previous roofer (named Bates, which declared bankruptcy years ago) that added to these damages . I inspected all the problem areas. I agreed to fixing these problems. The price was within my expectations. The job was finished on schedule and I was impressed about the quality. It was the attention to detail that impressed me. I am also impressed with the integrity of this company. I now have a beautiful new roof with the knowledge that no more damage from leaks are occurring. Thanks to all at Thompson Roofing and may you always continue to be of the highest integrity.
