The guy s were prompt and very courteous. They had a method to use multiple regulators that saved considerably in place of replacing long lengths of piping, which cut my cost considerably. They also converted the stoves and furnaces, saving me additional service calls. Great job.

Brent and company did an excellent job for a fair price. They were patient with all of my questions and I'm a typical engineer so I had plenty of them. I had done my homework so I knew roughly what was required and his answers and advice made sense. They were timely, courteous, and professional. They did the bulk of the work in May and I paid them at that time with the understanding that they would return to do the final extension/hook-up once I got the water heater mounted and water lines in place. They were very responsive upon notification that I was ready for the final hook-up. Additionally, Brent let me know that Huntsville Utilities had a rebate program for converting from an electric water heater to gas and that was very helpful as I'd have never known about it otherwise.

Brent Chapman and crew did an outstanding job! They were prompt and professional. Cost was very reasonable. We have worked with many contractors while renovating our home this past year. Gas Guys rank with the best we have used on this house and previos houses. Highly recommend tham and wouldn't hesitate to call them for other jobs.

Great. Chris came to get it started for us, but it turned out that a couple of logs were broken and the burners also had a broken part. He said we would be better off to get a new system, and he described what he thought we should get. Even though he was there on a Saturday for about an hour, he wouldn't charge us, saying he shouldn't be paid since he wasn't able to do what he came for. I ordered a new system online that day and called The Gas Guys on Monday to set up an installation. Chris came on Wednesday evening, did the installation, and explained how the new system worked. Both times, he came about when promised, and both times he called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. He cleaned everything up after his work. His price was very reasonable. A very good experience for us all around.

Very professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and installed the new gas line in the most efficient manner possible. They told me during the quoting process that a 110 v outlet would need to be added because electrical ranges run off of 220 v. They were able to suggest multiple electricians to get that work done prior to installing the new gas range. I had to leave a voicemail every time I called but they always called me back in a timely manner. They also responded to emails in a timely manner.

Could not get them to answer the phone or respond to the voicemails I left.

Friday morning I'm at home waiting for the installer to show up and perform the work requested.
 I call their office that morning to verify about what time the installer had planned to come. I left a voicemail asking for a call back.
 2 hours later I called their office number again and their phone rang and rang. I chose not to leave another voice mail.
5 minutes later the installer called and apologized and informed me that they were running behind and it would be 'later' when they would be there.
They never called again or managed to come by and install the gas line.

I went to the store to inquire about fireplaces, and told them what my issue was, and they recommended me the gas company out here, and they gave me some recommendations. I called them, they came out, gave me a quote, which I thought was within the quote it should be, and so I went with them. When I called them, they called me immediately, set up the appointment, he was right on time, and gave me the estimate. He discussed all the options of adding gas lines through out the whole house, and he explained everything.
