I saw a banner advertising monitors for 85.00. They were used, but offered an 30 day back guarantee, which is better than the normal 5 step one you get from other "used" computer places (5 steps out the door and you are on your own.) I also inquired about fixing a dead laptop that my daughter had. Hers died in the middle of college. While talking to one of the technicians, he said that it was probably a small issue and that if I brought it in, they could look at it. One day, (a Saturday - when they were technically closed), I dropped by. This was another man (I am historically bad at names..). He said that it was a known issue with the laptop I had, showed me the website, printed off the information I needed and I was able to get my daughters laptop fixed for free. All this by a company that was actually closed. I was very impressed, both by the professionalism as well as the helpful nature of these men!
