I first made contact by leaving a voice message then followed that up with a notification through Angie's list. David contacted me within 15 minutes...he happened to be in the area and decided to swing by to provide a quote. He was courteous, professional and not pushy.
David was not my first contact on Angie's List because he has very few ratings (they're good rating just not many) but what lead me to David was his initial responsiveness and timeliness. He did what he said he was going to do when he said he'd do it! He lived up to the his commitment. The grass looked great, he edged and blow off the concrete areas. He even took the time to pull up the sprinkler identification flags and placed them in a visible area next to the house.
My only concern is his price is $10 higher than the competition; for now I'll pay that premium because I'm happy with the service. BTW I was also pleasantly surprised when he followed up to ask if every thing was done to my satisfaction. I'll use him again as needed and if I decide to have a recurring service I'll definitely use him for that.
