All work will be performed in accordance with all Alabama State Building Codes. Any alteration or deviation from the origional quote due to a change of job specification "expanding the scope of work " involving extra costs will be executed only upon written change orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Please pay by check or credit card to insure proper crediting of your account. We do not accept cash for jobs over $ 500.00 On large jobs : Materials Draw at the beginning of job. Weekly labor draws as work progresses. Work start and Completion dates if applicable, will be listed on the contract and are contingent upon weather and acts of God permitting.
