Pro Tek had my Moto phone off and on for 3 weeks. After being given wrong information and lack of knowledge on their part, I have had to send it back to Moto to be fixed correctly. They have not offer a refund for the poor work or time spent to return it to them. Offered to do more work at cost which after talking to Moto was unnecessary. They lack the ability to test and find out what is going on. They are not worth the energy to talk to them. They are polite and seem eager to help but the outcome is less than acceptable.

They were very professional and performed the work as promised. Since I don't have a common smart phone, my choices for repair providers were limited. These guys ordered the part and had my phone back to me on the same day. They even give a guarantee (I think it was 30 days) on their repair service. There were a couple of things I wasn't too happy with: I had to pay up front, and the repair wasn't absolutely perfect. However, it was extremely close to perfect so I would go back.
