Mr. Allen Rosetti and his Pro Lawn team was very helpful, professional, on time, and did a great job as expected.

It took weeks for the sod to be ordered & delivered. It was the driest summer on record, but the sod sat for several days without water or protection. Allen started the task of killing the existing lawn, but said his back hurt, so our son finished the job. Allen was supposed to grade the site smoothly, but all he did was scoop off the valuable topsoil to sell. The underlying dirt was never properly graded before laying the new sod plus the sod was not properly butted or rolled, so the lawn is worse than a washboard. Fully 1/3 of the original sod was dead when it was placed, but Allen refused to replace it for weeks. Eventually, he brought 150 sy left over from another job, even though we told him 643 sy were dead. Another time, he brought another 300 sy. When he pulled up the dead sod, he removed far more dirt than the replacement sod had, so it further increased the lumpiness. We withheld about 26% of his fee, so he came and screamed at us and threatened to beat us up.
