Donna Patterson and her employees are all dedicated, professional and the most caring group of people I've ever met. I know that I can leave my pets with her, or any of her employees, and not ever have to worry about them. I think they hate to see me come back from vacation because they get so much attention while I'm away. And my dog looks forward to their walks. If I mention Donna's name, he runs to the window with his tail wagging, thinking she's here. She is the most professional person I know, always willing to do anything she can to insure that the pets are well cared for and loved.

Very, very professional. They not only take excellent care of the pets, they really care about them. I would highly recommend Petz Sitter to anyone. My dog is diabetic and requires insulin injections twice a day. I know that I can always count on them to give the correct dosage and at the right time..

Petz Sitters has been wonderful in taking care of my 3 cats. They are always willing to help however they are needed and the cats enjoy their time with them. Sometimes my schedule can change after I am out of town and Donna has been able to handle the changes without any hesitation. I will always use Petz Sitters and would recommend them to all of my friends.

We have a high risk dog and pet sitting services went very well until they didn't. We had a rule that one dog was to be kept away from all others at all costs. One pet sitter visit a mistake happened and the situation got out of hand. Fortunately all dogs are OK, but we are very dissatisfied with the way it was handled.
PetzSitter and quot;firedand quot; us saying they could no longer accept the liability and that they were all surprised it hadn't happened sooner. We are shocked by this because we thought our rule was well understood and agreed to..
They did offer to pay for our vet bills, but we declined, but the unprofessional manner at which we resolved this issue is unacceptable. We received an email (not a phone call) and then was told they'd be unavailable for the next week to discuss. Our emails were never returned.
So, bottom line is that PetzSItter was great until they were no longer willing to have us as clients, then it was like we never existed. Not a great way to handle a business professionally.

Monica was our pet sitter; it is obvious she truly loves dogs/pets. Communication is a breeze with text, email, telephone, etc. Petz Sitterz is selective in clientele which allows them more time with each customer. We had daily updates (and a written checklist of daily actions performed), immediate responses to text messages, and no messes when we got home. She did a walk-through at each visit to make sure there were no accidents. Donna is the owner; she is well organized, has a deep love for animals, and accepts payment via auto credit card charging! No more writing checks! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They will also provide other simple chores as requested like bringing in mail, taking garbage to roadside, etc.

We have been using Petz Sitter for several years and have never been disappointed. If the owner can't take care of our pets, one of her employees will. This last time, we had Petz Sitter take care of our 2 cats and 2 of our 3 dogs on short notice over the lunch and dinner hours. The sitter always spends at least 30 minutes feeding, walking and/or playing with our pets, and completes a list of everything done at the end of each visit. They also refresh the water bowls, bring in the mail, newspapers, put out the trash can and bring it back in, and give our home a lived-in look while we are away. They also respond to our phone calls and emails asking for updates if we are away for several days. Our pets are almost as happy to see the sitters as they are us. We have no concerns about leaving our pets in the care of Petz Sitter for extended periods of time and recommend them to all of our friends as often as we can.
