The search for our home was tough as we were searching in a very competitive price range. There were not a lot of homes on the market, but Pat showed us everyone we wanted to see.  She was able to point things out in the walk throughs that new home owners might miss.  Pat calmed our fears when we wanted to scared off by small repairs, and helped us estimate the cost of the repairs.
We selected a home, placed an offer and went into the inspection process.  Pat connected us with a great inspector who walked us thorugh the home and explained his concerns with great details report followed later).  There were several repairs that needed to be made to the house before our contract could be finalized, Pat oversaw the repairs and suggested great contacts to check the repairs.
The final sale process went smoothly, and there have been no surprises as we have grown into our home.

Relocating & referred from a friend. Very responsive and complete. Does not mix words. Ultimately we decided to try and rent our house instead of sell it so we'd have something to come back to if we don't like the new location. Even after our decision she came back by to drop off mls sells in the area for a competitive analysis. She could have just emailed it or let it go.
