I really did not have any dislikes other than I thought it was a little expensive. They were prompt and did a good job. I never had to worry about whether or not they were coming.

They always call and tell us what time they are coming and then they just show up. We don't have any bugs. They are friendly and polite. They are clean and don't make a mess when they are searching around and putting out traps.
