When we first arrived at On the Spot, one of their employees came up to greet us with a cigarette in his mouth, and he continued to smoke it the entire time he talked with us and took our keys. Not a great professional impression, and when I'm getting my car cleaned, I'd prefer for it to not have cigarette smoke in it.
While waiting for the car cleaning, I observed another previous to come in and complain that she had money stolen from her vehicle from the car cleaners. They did apologize and refund her money, but it was concerning that this exchange happened in the first place.
When I had my car returned, they had left an oily rag on top of the driver's seat. Later at night, I realized that they must have used the oily rag to wash our windshield with the wrong product. Everything was extremely glared - a dangerous situation since we couldn't see well! Once home safely, we had to redo the cleaning of the windshield ourselves.
If all this wasn't enough, we realized that they didn't return our driver-side floor mat. It took several calls and emails to attempt to resolve this. Eventually the owner said he would buy us a generic floor mat, but that won't fit our vehicle that requires a mat with a specific shape and means to clip into the floorboard. The owner also offered another cleaning, but we thought we would have more stuff go missing from the car and declined.

David and his folks did a super job getting my son's car cleaned. The car looked brand new when they finished - even the stubborn dirt on the front seats was gone! We will be repeat customers.

I was able to set up an appointment for my car to get the ultimate detail very quickly at the Madison location. I was told they opened at 7:30 a.m., but arrived at 7:40, and no one was there. Left my keys with the gas station owner in front of their business. They had told me it would be ready to be picked up by 3:30--which was very important to me, because as I explained to them when setting up the appointment, I had someone taking it to sell it for me. They assured me it would be ready. I was out doing another errand later in the day that took me by there, and I could see they hadn't even started on it yet. I called a little after three, and they said it would be ready at 4:00. I went over to pick it up, but they were still working on it. Many minutes later they said it was ready. I was in a hurry and didn't do an inspection before I paid (because they'd done excellent work in the past--with the exception of one other time I used them and they didn't clean things I'd paid for). When I got it home, my husband opened the hood, and we saw the engine had not been cleaned as that was supposed to be part of the price. Furthermore, the cupholders hadn't been completely cleaned, and the console compartment hadn't been touched. I am at fault for not checking before I paid, but when I sent a message to On the Spot, about it, I heard nothing back from them. The people who work there are very friendly, but I think the quality of work has gone down from when we originally began using them.

Well they did better than usual I suppose because rain was in the forecast so they were not busy. About 6 months ago I complained because the panels on the dash looked like they were oily and wiped with a dirty rag. Apparently they wiped it with the wrong solution. It is damaged and parts are no longer available. Owner Nathan Sharp is aware, I confronted him to his face. He will no longer answer my call and has not helped me at all.

Vacuumed the interior very well. Was pleased with the job. I have used them several times before and even had them come pick up a car, take it to be cleaned, then returned it. The only reason I gave a B on quality was there were a few places that were missed on the carpeting and floor mats.

Called and got an appointment within a few days notice. I told him I pretty much live in the truck and some of the interior he may not be able to get clean. He said I'll take care of it and he did. It took him all day but the truck looked awesome! It looked like it came off the showroom floor and this truck is 6 years old. If you want someone that will do a great job ask for Stacy.

They were professional. They did a good job.
