Wow. I had been told by a different service company that my car needed the left tie-rod replaced.
I delayed the repair a few months, then ordered the part through NTB on Madison Blvd in Madison and scheduled the repair.
I packed a bag and prepared to camp out for several hours while the tie-rod was replace, tires were rotated and aligned, and the oil changed.
Within about 45 minutes, the manager reported to me that the tie-rod did not need to be replaced.
They tried it with the new tie rod and with the old tie rod, with the same results.
Now they could have helped their bottom-line by installing a tie-rod that wasn't needed on the car. But they didn't.
Instead, I got to keep a significant amount of money in my pocket, and they get a very satisfied customer.

I scheduled an oil change there because it was for a real reasonable price. They asked if I wanted to upgrade to a high mileage oil change, but I declined. Not a lot of pressure which I appreciated. They ran my codes and found that I needed a sensor in my cooling system replaced. I decided to have it done since I had been having issues with it recently. I did take longer than I would have liked. The only other issue I found was that they forgot to put the top back on the coolant tank, but there were no negative effects from that.

Short wait, and they started on my tire immediately, even though they were very busy. The whole cycle took about 15 minutes. Excellent service, if a bit impersonal. Comment: Their shop is not very clean, though the customer areas were.

After having been referred to NTB by Michelin customer service to help resolve a problem that I encountered with an other dealer. NTB was very professional. They demonstrated that they really know their business. They went the extra mile at no cost to help me resolve my problem.
