TV Service - Cable
Worst cable+internet services I have ever had. Before moving to Huntsville, I was with a provider paying $49/month for 50mbps and basic cable. With WOW (Knology), I was paying $104 for 30mbps and basic cable.
Customer service is terrible, and they add on all sorts of fees that are a nightmare to get rid of. It was $104/month to have the 30mbps (sometimes my speeds are only about half that and I've had days with no service at all) and basic cable package- at least $20 of that were in fees: modem rental (despite the fact I had my own modem and had to call to cancel this multiple times because it kept being re-added to my bill), a $10 'protection fee'- (get rid of this asap because it doesn't protect you from anything really), and 'other' misc service charges. When I called to cancel the cable, I was guaranteed a monthly $39.95 payment (I do have the receipt that says this, but customer service then denied it)! With fees, I now pay $62/month just for the 30mbps internet. Unbelievable!
My apartment complex only allows us to use WOW. I can't wait to move to switch back over to my old provider! I will never recommend WOW and can't believe how they can and will rip people off so badly.

TV Service - Cable, Landline Phone Service + 1 more
I have very little downtime with their products and when I call, they come out relatively quickly. So far I haven't had any problems with them.
