Blown In Insulation Install or Upgrade

We hired IFOAM to remove and replace the insulation in our attic. They did not do everything included in the original quote and assured us that they would come back to finish it up (about 30 minutes more work). Based on their word we paid them in full. Big mistake! They came out and finished up what they said they would, but knocked a very large hole (approximately 4' x 4') in our ceiling. They apologized profusely and assured us they would come back and repair the ceiling they damaged. Over the course of about 1.5 months we called IFOAM multiple times and received multiple assurances and excuses. They never came back to repair the ceiling. Complete lip service. IFOAM did not keep their word and left us hanging. We had to hire another contractor to fix the damage they caused. I cannot in good faith recommend this contractor. They do not keep their word.
