I have been with them for the last 20 years. They show that they care about their patients. The whole crew is very compassionate and caring as well. I have no complaints whatsoever with them.
While others were complaining I sat there with my mouth closed, but I made the decision that I could not go back there again. To keep you there for so long when it does not look busy is a sign of total disrespect for the value of your time.
My last visit was for my routine 6 month check up, and to have my medication prescriptions renewed. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened because I had other things to do during the day and I had not made an appointment. They take walk ins, and squeeze you in around the folks with appointments. I sat in the waiting room, read a couple of magazines, watch the fish in the fish tank, and look up occasionally at the morning TV show. After the people ahead of me were taken in turn, they called me back, I paid my $ copay, and had my vitals taken by the nurse. (...a pleasant person, a pleasant experience) I was escorted to a room where I waited for the physician. After about 10 minutes he came in, we shook hands and had a little small talk then he ordered a few tests (lab work) and wrote out my prescriptions. In just a few minutes a lab tech came in and took my blood, without incident. (It's nice when they hit the vein right away). After the blood work I picked up my prescriptions and was on my way. I consider myself luck to have gotten in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes without an appointment.
Do: Make an appointment, unless you have an emergency.
Don't: Get sick on the weekend, they are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.
