After Redstone's underwriters kept stalling for two weeks, I found Diane and Tina with Home Mortgage of America. Within the day, they were already further along than Redstone was in 2 weeks. They only had 3 weeks to close and we ended up closing 2 days early. They are fast and keep you posted on everything. If I need another mortgage in the future I will definitely go with them again. Great Job!

Diane Kord is AMAZING!!!! We had tried to get qualified with BoA; we had pre-qualified with them but the underwriter wouldn't sign off. We were two weeks from closing when Diane came in and saved our dreams!! We were at Ft. Hood, TX and our home is Huntsville, AL so dropping by the office or starting the home search over again wasn't an option. Without Diane and our agent, Monika Glennon (see Angie's Report for her) we would still be at Ft. Hood. We do not have any credit cards since we want to be financially responsible. That posed the greatest hurdle for us, but Diane understood that we aren't a "risk" at all and found non-traditional forms of credit in order to meet the payment history requirements for the loan approval. She worked weekends and evenings on our loan and never wavered in her faith that we would be approved. I'm sitting in our beautiful living room with more projects than I have time and we wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Diane Kord and Mortgage America.
