EXPRESS OIL CHANGE

I say the shop has been opened twenty five years. I am not sure how long they have been here in Madison. I seen that they were open, and I needed my oil change. I have been going there every since.

They're great, they're number one.  It's just always professional. You don't have to make an appointment, you just go up and go through. They're always putting you through as fast as they can.

what they did for me last week they did not charge me. Because I have been a regular there since they opened the shop, I go in and they see me immediately. I like the fact that they notice that I'm a regular so I can come in of the street and know that I can get service very quickly.

I have 2 cars that I've taken to Expres Oil Change in Madison over several years. They always meet me in the parking lot as I pull in. This time was no different. The service was very courteous, fast, and reasonable. The technicians consistenly take time to listen, and then explain what is needed and the charges up front A service record and schedule for each vehicle is maintained in their computer. I was very impressed one time when I didn't need service but brought my car in to have it checked before a road trip. They did several checks, put air in my tires, topped off my fluids and didn't charge me anything since I was a regular customer. Always a good experience for me!

Oil changes at these shops have become so expensive. Another thing that I usually get annoyed with is the constant selling of services. I know I may need something done, but I just want my oil change. That was not the case here, but it was still too expensive for just the bear bones oil change. I will find some place cheaper.

Very fast service. Seemed to do a good job. No wait on a Saturday morning.

They are really good as far as service goes. I use them all the time. I will continue to use them.

The engine mounts on my vehicle were bad and they replaced them as soon as the parts came in from the dealer.

I have used them twice so far. I like that they are convenient and they are very fast. They are very nice people to work with. I would continue to use them in the future.

This is the best auto service I've ever had, and possibly the best service I've had in any venue. They were always friendly and courteous, explained things clearly, and listened to what I had to say (a rare thing). They are extremely knowledgable and professional. I sent my wife in to pick up the Saturn, with some questions, as kind of as a test, and they treated her the same way. (Women are rarely treated with respect by auto mechanics.) I'd consider their prices a little lower than average, but not really cheap. Frankly, their professionalism is worth 10x any price difference. I recommend them very highly, and plan to go nowhere else - even if it's cheaper.

I have been using Express for several years now for all of my vehicles. My most recent experience was with my 1999 Ford Explorer for an oil change/check-up prior to a family road-trip. There is usually no wait time, drive right in. They check your vehicle history and then ask what services you need. They will suggest additional services, but there is no pressure selling to try and pad their sale, if you decline they say ok and move on. They check fluid levels, wipers, tire-pressure, etc., refill windshield washer fluid, check head and tail lights (they will offer to replace anything that they find not working). They even check the fluid level in the rear differential. All of this is accomplished in about 15 to 20 minutes.

I've changed my oil at this location for my two cars countless times over the last 2 years. I brought my van in to check a strange grinding noise coming from the rear wheels. I thought for sure I would have a costly brake job coming my way. Thankfully, this was not the case. All I needed was a cleaning and an adjustment of the rear brakes. Unlike other places, I was not taken advantage of and I was treated professionally. While other places have charged me 50 to 60 dollars for the same job, this place only charged me 20. After my poor experience with Alabama Auto Repair, Zahn and his professional crew was a breath of fresh air.
