Eric did a great job with our old piano that has not been tuned in years. He educated us on how to care for it and what to expect. Will definitely work with him again!

Excellent as always. Eric was on time and finished the work including some voicing work and the price was as quoted. This is the only person in the Huntsville area that I will let near my piano. He is a consummate professional and has a very deep knowledge of pianos.

Mr. Davis was quite punctual. He assessed our instrument, suggested some service and care options for us. In addition to tuning the piano he did a "quick fix" voice adjustment to give the piano a richer and slightly less bright sound. My wife was very impressed. We both appreciated the depth of Eric's technical knowledge and really appreciated the multiple documents he provided on various aspects of piano care and feeding.
In addition to his technical prowess we found Mr. Davis to be quite personable and patient with our questions. We really believe that for the quality of service provided that he is worth every penny. We are looking forward to having him back in six months (just like the dentist, but much less annoying).

Mr. Davis was punctual and got to work right away. Very professional! He worked steadily for two hours. He was quite honest about the capabilities of my piano. He gave me great insights about the previous work performed on the piano and the future work that may be needed. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the piano--the tonality, the consistency, the action, the feel. I was pleased to have such expertise at such a reasonable price! I only wished I had a better piano for him to work on!

Highly recommend. He is a complete professional and really worked to achieve the best sound from my old and low quality piano to get me through another six months or so. I recommend him to all my friends with pianos.

He was honest about the condition of the piano and although he could have charged me to tune the piano, informed me that the piano would not hold a tune and needed to be refurbished. I appreciated his honesty and professional opinion. So nice to know that there are honest, reliable people out there who are not just trying to take your money.

Arrived on time. Was very friendly. Not just a piano tuner but a technician trained to maintain your piano he spent a lot of time trying to correct voicing issues my piano developed due to age. I was very impressed by his knowledge and skills and I have owned a piano for 50 years and have met tuners from four states. I've already scheduled a return visit for spring.

I called Mr. Davis during the busy holiday season, and he was able to work me in before Thanksgiving. I hadn't had the piano tuned since we moved here over a year ago, and there was some issue with the pedal since the move. He was very thorough, and didn't rush. He noticed a possible problem with the structure (had terrible movers, so I'm not surprised), and said he would check with the manufacturer to see if they needed to do anything else.
He also gave me information about musical groups, etc. in the area, so was helpful for a new resident like me.
Felt comfortable having him in my home--he didn't even mind my dog hovering over him as he fixed the pedal!

A recent move to my new home meant moving my Model M Steinway piano -- after it had been in storage. The moving company did not properly install the pedal unit when the piano was placed. The humidifying system needed to be reinstalled on the piano. Eric fixed the pedals and reinstalled the damp-chaser, even moving some of the unit on the piano so it was less visible and better positioned. He gave careful consideration of all the needs and I was very pleased with his service technician services. I am very happy that he will be tuning and servicing my piano in the future.
