Eco Pro was very easy to deal with in selecting work to be done. They provided a liquid barrier treatment, which was the immediate need, but have left it up to me to decide later what repair work they will provide, if any. I preferred the liquid barrier to the system of buried bait cylinders, which Eco Pro would have provided if requested.
Eco Pro did a thorough inspection of the entire house, inside and out, as well as the crawl space, and uncovered several unrelated problems which needed attention, without pressuring me to contract for their own services. I found this very helpful, and it allowed me to decide how to proceed.
Additional work will be performed by Eco Pro when and if I decide on it. I consider this a very comfortable and encouraging working relationship.
The services provided so far are excellent and I recommend Eco Pro.
