She does a great job and always seems to find new tenants very quickly. She is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

18This business is average cost, which is pretty standard 10%.  She found very good tenants.  She is professional and prompt with monthly receipts.  I will continue to use her.  I liked her contract better than the others I looked at.

Carolyn and associates are exceptional! I've allowed them to handle my property about 15 months now and I'm extremely happy with there service. They have taken care of anything that has come up. A very responsible agency which go out of their way to be helpful.
I've had rental property services through 3 other companies and found that I was disappointed in their quality of service and felt as if I was just giving money without much return, but not so with Dietrich Rental.

My experience went well. The staff was professional and knowledgeable in their field. They were also punctual and their marketing was better than most in the business. We ended up not needing their services, but I would recommend this company to others.

Dietrich has been an excellent team of professionals since the day they took responsibility of my rental property.
About a year ago I moved my family to pursue a job opportunity in San Diego.  Given the time constraints, I had about a week to find a renter, who I vetted myself and decided they were agreeable enough to attempt managing the property from a distance.  The long and short of this miserable experience was that, no, they were not very agreeable people and I was soon overwhelmed by the amount of attention these nightmare tenants demanded.  Upon searching Angie's List I noticed Dietrich Rentals and began correspondence with them.  From the first email they displayed a high level of professionalism, even after being severely mistreated by the current tenants. 
Fortunately for everyone involved, they were offered a position elsewhere and needed to move out of state, but giving me only a 2-week notice.  As a testament to their bullet-proof rental contract, I was spared having to foot the bill for my mortgage the following month by using the security deposit, despite their attempts to gain it back by calling lawyers and even reporting Dietrich to the BBB! Of course the tenants had no legal leg to stand on and things worked out.  I was covered.
The house is currently occupied by wonderful, clean tenants that were picked out and vetted by Dietrich in less than one week.  I barely had time to stress about finding a new tenant.
Bottom line: I learned my lesson about trying to manage my own properties from a distance, and I'm glad I found an excellent partner in Dietrich.

Sought a new property manager for my rental property of 5 years.  Carolyn met me at my home and took it from there.  Property was listed and within a month, it was rented.

Overall, I can say Carolyn is organized, efficient, punctual and profressional. She has walked us thru the listing process and worked with our vendors (painter and maid service) Her hard work has alleviated a tremendous amount of my stress and made our move tremnedously easier. She easily answered my many questions and has a lovely  sense of humor. I feel confident in her ability to market our home for lease.
