CrossFit Impulse

Coaches are very knowledgeable. Crossfit is more of a functional, short high intensity type workout. They use olympic weights and basic gymnastics type moves. They do a lot of different styles such as biometric and yoga.

They don't require a contract, which I like. They have one or two coaches who coach classes. You have a trainer there, with each class. So it's a little more expensive than a regular gym. They have three options, depending on how much you want to visit. They're highly knowledgeable and they follow the cross fit philosophy. They are very safety conscious, because cross fitness can be pretty strenuous. They're very good about scaling work out to your abilities. Their price is competitive with most cross fit gyms and I like that they don't require a contract. They have a good website.

They are professional and they train well. They take every precaution to make sure you don't injure yourself. Their staff is knowledgable and well trained and disciplined. It is trainer driven and not just a gym. They call it a box and you don't do it without trainers. It is a unique thing. I've been going for a year but have not been in recently. They do however need a locker room or changing facility.
