I was at a facility that uses Cooks for baited outdoor traps. My dog stuck her nose in a trap and licked it so I tried to figure out what poison was in the trap. I called and eamiled and looked online for the information as did the emergency veterinarian. There was nothing available online and no one answered the 800 or local phone number. They called back during regular business hours and said the list of potential poison in the trap was "too long" to put online. If a company has poison in public places they should have an emergency access number.

Arrogant, aggressive, rude, and not willing to cooperate. Their product was in the ground and they came and ripped it out because they wanted to start a new contract too soon and double charge for the contract. The product was due to be serviced in 3 months but they took the equipment out now.

They come out on a monthly basis. I have a monthly contract with them. I really like them. Scot Schilling is my representative. If I have an issue with mice, he will come out and set a trap. I have dogs so, he will call in advance and let me know when he is coming. He will work around my schedule. I will continue to use him.

You can not get away with no doing this in the south. It is $900 a year for both of these. They are top knotch with the training and they quality.

I thought they did a good job. Some of the technicians were more prompt than others. I had used them at my previous home for termite treatments also.

I have a two-year contract for termites and other critters. I pay them quarterly. As far as I know they are doing a great job. I haven't had any more problems with termites or too many bugs. They guarantee their work. If termites ever do come back they will leave everything in the original condition. Their prices are about average; they are not cheap but they are not expensive. I will probably continue to use them.
