I like their cats only special day and they've been good to both of my cats. One has high blood pressure and one has diabetes and they've been taking care of them. I like them a lot. Compared to other vets, they're about the same price. They're a very good clinic.

Boarding. Cost $17/day.

On Monday we will be calling to make an appointment with the vet cardiologist. We have xmas plans and originally was gonna take my cat on the trip with us. Dr. Gandy was concerned how the trip was going to affect Tigger in her current condition so she suggested boarding her and if boarding proved to stress her out too much, she would take her back to my home and then check on her daily. My husband and myself are so pleased with the care Dr. Gandy and the catisfaction clinic have given our cats and to offer to be a cat sitter was definitely above and beyond the call. I'm still worried about my Tigger's condition but I do know that she's in the good hands with Dr. Gandy and the staff at Catisfaction.

We have taken our cat to Catisfaction twice for grooming services since our regular vet does not offer them anymore. Both times they have done a great job! The services seem a bit pricey, but they do a fabulous job and are very professional, so we will continue to use them. Her fur is soft and shiny for weeks after a treatment there. We also appreciate that they offer a and quot;Brazilian sani-cutand quot; for kitties, which is pretty much exactly what it sounds like. They give her a close trim in the genital/rectal area and down the back of her legs. Our cat is a bit on the heavy side and has longish fur, which makes it difficult for her to groom herself and quot;down thereand quot; and has led to some other problems. Having her trimmed makes it much easier on us to help her stay neat and tidy. They also give you a progress report at the end of the visit that describes what was done and how she reacted to it, and will make recomendations if they notice anything that you should follow up on (like a teeth cleaning, etc.)

From a customer service standpoint, terrible.

Both the doctor and her staff were very professional and caring. While my cat did not like the exam, they were kind and gentle with her. I love the tool they used to get her to swallow the pill. Next time I am there, I am going to see if I can buy one. The doctor requested thagt a call with a report the next day and return if no improvement. I have not needed to return yet, but am planning on making them my permenent vet. Thanks for the heads up on them.

My husband and I did alot of research on vet clinics in the area before taking one of ours for a consultation. In the past, we have taken all of our animals (four cats and one dog) to Flint River Animal Clinic and were always pleased with the service, price, and consultations received. I thought that by taking one of our cats to Catisfaction, a cat specialty clinic, we would get some more insight into on our mane c*** who has some behavioral issues regarding litter box habits and also has suffered with very dry skin and wheezing 24/7. We were SO WRONG.
First of all, it took FOREVER for them to bring our cat back, and we had an appointment. When you have an animal who is already unhappy to travel in a crate and be around other unfamiliar cats, having to wait unnecessarily makes things so much worse. After checking our cat out, the vet proceeded to tell us that his wheezing was due to a sinus problem and that we should have most of his teeth removed. Mind you, this cat is 5 years old and has NEVER had any problems with his teeth. EVER. WHY in the world would a vet recommend to have a cat's teeth removed to cure sinus problems is beyond me. I would never put my cat through something so unnecessary. This cat has never had a problem eating...in fact, he's actually overweight.
Another reason we took him to this and quot;specialty clinicand quot; is to get some ideas on his behaviors regarding his litter box habits. Ever since we adopted him from MARF, we've had alot of issues with him not using the box on a consistent basis. We've tried EVERYTHING...new litter, a new box, an uncovered box, different locations, etc etc. Nothing has worked so far. She just told us to and quot;get a bigger boxand quot;. (we've tried that, and it doesn't work so there you go).
She never addressed his dry, flaky skin, and this cat has dandruff so bad he cried sometimes when you went to pet him because it itched so bad.
So...that was in February.....this month (August), my husband gets a phone call from this clinic, saying that they never billed him for the rabies vaccination he received. My husband was so mad that he requested a billing statement from them. How unprofessional that you would call someone nearly SIX MONTHS after the consultation to tell them you owe them 20 bucks because they and quot;forgotand quot; to bill you, We don't mind the amount, it's the fact that they are so unorganized that they would send you a statement six months later. If you are billing for $20...that means you are in a bad situation financially/business wise.
We resumed services with Flint River and actually got some helpful information regarding this same cat. We have always been pleased with FRAC and will continue to take our animals there. Plus, they are reasonable in price.
I WILL NEVER, EVER, take ANY of my animals back to Catisfaction. Biggest waste of money, time, and effort, AND to get billed for a d*** shot six months later.

Fantastic experience! I will definitely continue to use Catisfaction for all of my veterinary needs! I believe my cat received superior care because Catisfaction caters only to cats and their owners.
I also enjoyed the office kitties that greet you at the door and welcome you - they are so sweet!

While my cats were there they noticed that their teeth were kind of a mess. So they called and asked me if I wanted to do dentals and when they got in there they found that there was a medical condition in the mouth that they both had that needed to be fixed. So, they called and asked if it was okay for them to do this. They were great. They were really great to have late hours. They are open till seven a lot of nights. They have a person who takes care of all the boarded animals. She called and asked questions. One of the technicians, when the cats were getting the teeth cleaned, was so communicative. I thought that their price was medium and reasonable. I have a few cats and they were able to open the door between the two cages so the cats could be together if they wanted or if they were not getting along they could close them in each separate cage. It was a really good set up. They were really great. They were always there when I expected them to be there.

We currently have nine cats, and all of them are patients of Dr. Gandys. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
We particularly appreciate that the practice is limited to felines only.
November and December are the months that our five younger boys have their annual exams. These are cats that were born in the wild, and didn’t receive any human socialization until they were close to six months old. While they are accustomed to me and my husband, they are still quite easily spooked and are afraid of just about everyone and everything else. This means that going to the Vet is a very difficult experience for them. (And not very enjoyable for me, either!) The way their visits are handled at Catisfaction is just wonderful. The staff does everything possible not to frighten them any further. During Bravo's visit ten days ago, they let him stay right in the carrier, and just took the off the top while they examined him. During Charlie's visit yesterday, he became very upset when they turned on a piece of equipment close by that sounded like a vacuum cleaner (which was actually a blow dryer.) Dr. Gandy suggested that I sit with him and keep him calm, and she stayed out of the room until it was quiet again, to help reduce his stress.
Two of the boys are so unsocial that they simply can’t be handled. For this Dr. Gandy has a “hands-free” method that works like a charm. They swiftly place a clear plexi-glass box right over the cat while it sits in its carrier. Then the box is rolled over, they slide on the lid and turn on a bit of “happy gas.” The cat takes a quick nap and his exam is completed. No growling and hissing, no clawing, no gloves, grabbing or wrestling! Far less stress for both cat and owner!
I have gone to practices that seemed to dismiss or laugh off my concerns about my nervous cats. Others labeled these cats as vicious, and some places wouldn't see them at all. Nowadays my only worry is getting the cats captured and into their carrier, and then that fun car ride with a crying cat! But there are no worries once we get to the doctor’s office. At Dr. Gandy’s office, we are Completely Catisfied!

The staff at Catisfaction Clinic was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Gandy is wonderful. She was very gentle with my cats and spent time with each one. She spent extra time answering questions about a behavior problem with one of the cats. She also helped me take them to my car and load their carriers. I will definitely return to Catisfaction!

Their staff goes above and beyond what they need to for animals. When my cat doesn't eat they come and feed her. She specializes just in cats only. They are wonderful. This place will do anything for a cat. The staff is wonderful and they make you feel at home.

Her name is Stephanie Gandy. She's a cat veterinarian. The staff and the people there are very knowledgeable. It's an excellent place to go to. My cat is not stressed when it goes there. This is not the case when it goes to a regular veterinarian. Their price is typical.

Dr. Gandy was very professional and spoke with us in person to explain what was wrong with our cat and what she was doing to relieve his diarrhea, and later his constipation. She was very thorough in her explanation and showed several X-rays over the 3 days we had our cat in for observation and treatment. The cost was high, but not unreasonable for the amount of time and services performed. I would not hesitate to take our cat back to Catisfaction and feel confident he would be treated thoroughly and professionally.

Initially walked into the business to determine appearance and get information. Subsequently decided to get our dog examination and shots done.

She is a great veterinarian and the staff is excellent. The staff is superiorly trained they are all awesome. They are all very caring and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I have never been to a cat-specific veterinarian before. While cats do not like to go to the doctor, it was amazing how much calmer my cat was when there were no dogs, dog noises, or dog smells on the premises. After treating my pet, they gave me a complete tour of their facilities, upon my request. What an immaculately clean, well organized facility they have! The boarding area is incredible. The cages are plexiglass -- not wire -- which is much better for the paws. The cages are very roomy with side-by-side, or upper-and-lower sections. They are against a bank of windows so the cats can watch the birds outside. They also have a run and play area where they allow the cats to get exercises a couple of times a day. Outside the windows they have berry bushes, and are in the process of putting up bird feeders so the cats will be able to have fun watching the birds. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this animal clinic, and will definitely continue to avail myself of their services for my cat!
