John Buis was very polite, punctual, efficient & honest. He even gave us the difference when the actual work had cost less than the original quote. We had gotten several quotes and Buis Roofing gave us the highest quote but after talking to John Buis, we felt he was the most thorough with his understanding of what needed to be done. We were very happy with the job done and working with this company!

From the beginning, when we chose Buis Roofing, your sales staff did an
outstanding job of managing the project/s and they were very responsive to our concerns. Your salesperson, John Hoffman, was in constant contact and would return our calls promptly, which is not the norm in today's contracting community. When everything was finalized, (assessment of damage, estimates, meeting insurance company adjusters, ordering supplies, ...etc...)
your crew showed up when promised, worked extremely hard (and it was hot ...in the 90's) to complete our roofing job/s. And after the crew was gone, there wasn't a sign they had been there other than the wonderful / beautiful new roof/s. Then to follow up, John Hoffman contacted us to ensure we were completely satisfied with our new roof/s. We love the job you did and how you handled the entire process.
Thank you Buis Roofing and crew for a job well done! We would have absolutely no reservations in recommending your company to anyone looking to roof or re-roof their house. We greatly appreciate your assistance in improving the value of our home. We will be sure to recommend your company to friends and family !

I got their quote and took it to my insurance company. I ended up having to pay more out of pocket because they misestimated how much material they would need to use. They were off by 15 bundles of shingles on their estimate. I probably could have gone back to get an adjustment on it but it just wasn't worth the trouble.
