Budget Truck Rental LLC

24' truck reserved with credit card for moving on Sat. 6/26. We called to confirm this several days prior and also added a hand-truck and furniture pads. We received a reservation email saying our truck was reserved for the desired day, pick-up at 9am, etc. Total to be charged on cc was $375.50 with a refundable $150 deposit. On Friday afternoon at 4:30pm, Budget calls to say that they will not have our truck after all - had let several trucks go the day before. They could give us a smaller truck but that was not going to move all of our things. So we were left with 30 minutes before most all truck rental places close to try to find another truck for our move on Saturday am. Plus, they told us if we had to cancel right now or we were going to be charged for the smaller truck giving us little choice but to cancel and try to find another truck. Very frustrating. We will never 'reserve' through Budget again as your reservation means nothing.
