Blue Sky Pet Spa

Last time going Blue Sky Pet Spa. They overbook and overextend themselves so they end up rushing dogs through. They have over clipped my dog's nails on the last two visits to the point of bleeding. Our dog comes home and drinks an entire bowl of water. Are they not providing water there? They also don't follow directions given to them to clip our dog the way the breed should be clipped. Too many other groomers who pay closer attention to detail and treat dogs the way a customer should expect. Stay away.

The ladies at Blue Sky Pet Spa has trimmed my cat's nails, bathed him and trimmed him for the past three years. I would not consider using any other service. Andi and Janet are always friendly, prompt and concerned about his well being.

They were very careful and professional with my blind 4 legged friend.He loves to go to them on a regular basis.

My recently adopted dog (Bonnie) is a year old small terrier mix and was not well cared for by her previous owner. She came into the shelter covered in matted hair, fleas and ticks. The shelter employees were able to clean her up enough for adoption, but her entire lower body was horribly matted. I asked the groomer to shave the dog and just do her best, fully expecting the dog to come back shaved bald and looking pitiful until her hair could grow back properly. I was stunned when I picked up Bonnie later that day - she was beautiful! The groomer had trimmed the hair very short but managed to leave her with a smooth, silky coat! I was absolutely amazed at how great she looked!
My other dog was easy - just a bath and nail trim. All her nails were clipped and filed smooth, and I was very pleased to see they got as much length off them as safely possible.
The groomer also had little doggie bandanas on my girls, and though they only stayed on a couple of days, they were super cute and I appreciated the little extra touch.
I felt the price was fair, certainly comparable to other groomers. The staff was very friendly and obviously care for dogs; every dog that came in while I was filling out new customer paperwork was addressed by name by the woman helping me. I will definitely be taking my dogs back for regular grooming needs.

Just recently moved to the area. Used them for just a bath on my Min Schnauzer. Was very please with the service and would recommend them to others. Facility was clean and did not smell of pets. My dog was cleaned and brushed out. Looked good and his level of stress was minimal. Will be using them again. Moved here from Nashville so the price was cheaper than what I am use to.

They are awesome. They are incredibly nice, literally every dog that I saw go in there, just really likes going there. There is just a relaxed atmosphere. They have a doggie daycare. It is like the dogs actually run into their place. The people would stop and open the door and the dogs will literally run to the store door and wait to be let in. It is hilarious! I have never seen a place that groom dogs, have so many dogs that are that ( inaudible 4:21:3) about going there, it's really weird. Normally groomers - the dogs like: oh, do I have to go. But this is like, my dog, he likes going there - like oh OK let's go! The dogs go by themselves. Sometimes you have to drag dogs to go someplace for that sort of stuff. He is always happy when he leaves there, they groom perfectly. I told them what I want and they do it exactly how I want it every time. They are very there for you. I can only recommend them, they are very good. Also, if you cant pick him up after the dog is done, the dog can stay there. They have a daycare. If you want to pick him up right after he is done, they will call you right away. Like I said, it is pretty awesome. The price is totally reasonable, the do a fantastic job. They dog is trimmed and groomed properly. I've had other dogs with longer fur that needed to be trimmed and stuff and with most them - I have been in Europe, I've been here in the States in different areas - and I've always ended up doing it myself, because I could never find a place that I was comfortable with. This place is just 10 out of 10. You get what you pay for. I am perfectly OK with the price. They really work to accommodate you, depending on how your time is. I am just blown away on how they run their place, it is clean. If you have dogs that actually want to go there, that is saying a lot.

We have taken our cocker spaniel there many times. They do a fantastic job. You can see the entire area from the front desk, where you can see the place is kept very clean and in good condition. There usually is a long wait for appointments, so you should plan weeks ahead if you want to use them.

I've been taking my fox terrier to the ladies at Blue Sky for well over a year, and have never been disappointed. They are always happy to see him and he looks forward to his visits. The shop is extremely clean and well-maintained, and they have a very friendly and quot;shop catand quot; who often greets visitors at the front desk. One of the great things about Blue Sky is that dogs who are friendly with other dogs are often allowed to be free in the grooming area, rather than being cooped up in a kennel the entire time they are waiting. I think this is one reason Blue Sky is often quieter than other grooming establishments. The staff there seem to really enjoy what they do and they lavish lots of attention and love on the animals they care for. I feel very safe leaving my pet in their care.

Appointments are easy to schedule and they are great about calling ahead to remind you of the appointment. I can honestly say I don't think I have ever taken my dog to a better grooming salon.

They always do a great job grooming my dog and they spoil her while she's there.
