When I first called and left William Benford a message he called back within a couple of hours, he came out in undesirable weather to give me a free estimate, then emailed the estimate the same day he came out. I could hardly even get any of the other companies to call me back, and when I did they would say they were coming and never show up. The first estimate he gave was incorrect due to a miscalculation, and he took the extra supply cost out of labor to make up for the mistake. I called to confirm the project on Tuesday and it was finished by Friday night! I made changes to the original plan and he and his crew worked with me so I would get the finished product I wanted. There were a few rough areas and he came back out without having to be asked to smooth everything out. William with Annointed Concrete is honest, reasonable and a man of his word, and we will definitely use him again if we ever need another project done.

They were punctual and knowledgeable. I am waiting on my boss to decide whether to use them. They were fine. I would use them depending on the price.
Description of Work: Annointed Concrete came out a couple of months and gave me a quote for concrete pouring.

The whole thing seemed kind of slimy. I asked them questions that they should have known the answers too and they did not. The quote they gave me was way higher than any other estimates. The next highest quote that I received was $4,700.00. I had the work done and paid $3,950.00 with another service provider.
Description of Work: This was for putting concrete around our pool.

I had to change the date due to my work schedule, and he had no problem in rearranging the schedule. He showed up on time and immediately started working with his crew. They quickly discovered that my apron was actually poured with 8-9" of concrete compared to the normal 4". He didn't say anything until I asked about it. He said that it was not normal and that it would slow them down. He originally estimated it to be a 6-7 hour job. It turned into an 11 hour job. He rescheduled the concrete truck and adjusted his crew to accelerate the work. The new apron is amazing. He solved my "hump" issue and widened the entry when he saw potential problems (after asking me if it was ok). Mr Bedford was extremely courteous and was always on-time. He did not ask for any additional money for the unforeseen work, as he said "his word is his bond" and that he would eat the extra work. I ended up giving him additional money for his time and additional crew required. He has a small company, but he did an amazing job.
Description of Work: I contacted Mr. William Bedford on the 24th of August for an estimate on removing and re-pouring the 8 x 8' concrete apron for my driveway. He gave me a ballpark figure and then asked when I wanted the work done. I told him I wouldn't be ready for another week, and he said ok, and that he would come by to look at the required work. He called and arranged a convenient time for me for a detailed estimate. He showed up for the appointment on time and explained the detailed work that would be needed to accomplish the job. I thought it would be difficult to explain my needs (my sports car was bottoming out on a hump in my driveway), but Mr. Bedford grasped what was needed and explained a way to fix it, which I hadn't thought of. We agreed on a price and a date.
