Working with Steve and his crew was an unbelievable experience. They arrived on time and got right to work. We were pressed for time since I had another appointment that couldn't be changed. They installed the AC and heater component, the electrostatic filter and cleaned up after themselves. They definitely knew what they were doing and able to complete the job without incidents. They removed and hauled away the units when they left. Steve then had the company register our warranty for us. He wanted to make sure that we obtained the 10 year warranty before the expiration date. This was a really nice feature since I have been know not to get that type of thing done in the past. They go above and beyond to give you first rate service. They gave us the best price out of anyone contacted, bar none. I cannot thank them enough for their manners, professionalism and speedy install. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again. Excellent company.
