The home inspector cut us a deal because the house we are buying was less than a hundred square feet over the cut off and saved us 50 to 100 bucks. When I stopped by to pay him he was super nice to my son who was sick and excited so needless to say he was not making his job any easier. Extremely friendly and was early for everything all the way down to when we were supposed to receive our report. You can't ask for better service or nicer people to do business with.
