"We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your service. You purchased the $39 Plumbing Service Call plus $125 Credit Toward Repairs. We quoted you a price of $219 to remove the leaking kitchen sink waste and re-connect the waste so that it was not leaking (which is the standard pricing for this service).The plumber went over the services to be performed and how much it would cost with you before the work was performed and had you to sign the invoice saying you agreed to the work and cost. The initial payment to Angie List was $39, minus the $125 for credit toward repairs which left you with a balance of $94 and a total payment in all of $130. Again we are sorry, our primary goal at Keith The Plumber is to keep our customers happy."

The gentlemen showed up on time and removed the old valve and installed the new one I had purchased from a plumbing supply store. He was very professional and did excellent work. I would use them again for plumbing quotes.

Wow, super fast response. I just bought the Angie's list special today and someone was able to come to my house to fix my toilet today. With the Angie's list purchase, my out of pocket expense was $64. Well worth it to have it fixed in a more than reasonable time.
Will definitely contact Keith on my next bath project.

Donnie came about 2 hrs later than expected but apologised for being late. He was thorough and explained the job, though did charge me 289 dollars for fixing one leaking faucet, which seemed excessive, and I felt the Angies list deal was being 'made to pay'. Also interestingly they added a very unusual clause to the warranty (they knew I dont have an expansion tank and in the warranty he wrote no warranty if no expansion tank!! He should have told me this before starting the job)

First off I will say that I used Keith the Plumber for one of my rental properties. They were very flexible and easily set a date and time with the tenant. The tenant felt that Keith the Plumber was extremely courteous (I spoke with him over the phone and had a positive experience - things were explained to my level of knowledge).
Everything was repaired and working for 3 months when the tenant called back and stated that we had a leak again in the valve (same one that had been repaired previously). The kicker was that Keith the Plumber came out again, found a problem that they had not originally identified in the valve and fixed it free of charge. Talk about great customer service! They stand behind all of their work!!! I will definitely be using Keith the Plumber in the future.

Our service tech, Donnie, was punctual, professional, kind, thorough and hard working. He arrived at the exact time Keith had quoted, impressive for a Sunday afternoon. We felt the service fee of $118 was fair, given it was on the weekend. Our water heater was just over the 10 yr. mark and there was a lot of calcium build up in the threads, causing the hot water pressure to be low/not heat properly. We were quoted on 2 different scenarios (to try to fix the old one or buy a new one) and we were never pushed to choose one over the other; Donnie gave us the pros and cons of both and we chose to replace everything for peace-of-mind. It didn't take a long time for him to go and get the new unit and everything was included in the price (labor, taking the old one away, installing new unit). He was great about showing us where the problems were visually and without all of the technical jargon, which helped us make an informed decision. It's never easy to have to put out this type of money unexpectedly but it was nice to have someone that didn't try to push or rush us. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends! From the moment I called (didn't even have to leave a message and wait for someone to return my call) to the time the work was finished, my husband and I were satisfied; refreshing, given that it's hard to find great companies these days.
