We added a sunroom to our house and requested a quote from Marlowe Electric for heating and cooling this room.  Jimmy Walters came out and did an assessment of what would be required.  This consisted of the area, insulation, window openings, etc.  He recommended a Mitsubishi unit that had been very successful for his customers.  This highly efficient unit was installed in only one day.  His workmanship was very satisfactory and the price was much better than his competitors.  Very satisfied with the job.

When I noticed the fan not running on the outside unit I called.  He was on another call and told me it might be late evening before he could get here.  After three hours he dropped by to check my unit.  I was closer than his next call and he stopped to troubleshoot the problem in case he needed to order parts.  He had the capacitor replaced and on his way in 20 minutes.  I assume he replaced it under warranty, I do not remember a bill.

I would recommend Marlowe Heating & Air as the 1st company to call if you are having trouble with the air temperature in your home.  They are professional, very knowledgeable and are reasonably priced.
