WATTS HEATING & AIR COND

Mr. Watts told me I should get ahold of Freedom Living about fixing my furnace.  The next thing I know his boys are at my house and his boys came to my house to check my heater and I assumed it was Freedom Living and they said my fan was out.  Mr Oglesby with Freedom Living said he was going to send his boys to my house after they got done setting up a double wide trailer.  Theboys who did show up took the fan out of the heater and brought the fan to me and said it was going to cost me $150 and they were going to Talladega to get the new fan and then bring it back.  I didn't know the boys who were coming so that's why I thought the boys who came were associated with Watts Heating.  The boys left with the fan from the furnace.  Mr. Watts called me an hour and a half later and informed me that the fan was going to be $165 and they were going to have to go to Anniston which is 30 minutes from here.  At that point I knew that the boys who came were affiliated with Mr. Watts and not Freedom Living.  I feel embarrassed about what happened.  They couldn't get the heater that night and I told him I didn't have a way to heat my house.  Mr. Watts said, "You have a stove don't you."  I don't want to heat my house with my stove.  He then said, "You will have to go buy a heater, wont you?"  When I called today I didn't get an answer the first time and to have him call me.  When I called him back at 3:00 p.m. and he seemed drunk and he said his sons were on their way.  He said his sons left 20 minutes ago.  At 4:08 p.m. they still weren't here.  My son asked how I heard of Watts Heating and I let him know I found them on Angie's List.  My son advised to call Angie's List so I can submit this negative experience.  I will not recommened Watts Heating to anybody.

It went excellent I was going in about thirty minutes after I first called them. I will surely be calling them next time air or heat goes out.........
