They originally quoted me to bring 2 machines at an agreed upon rate. They only brought 1 machine and charged me 70% of the original rate. This caused me to have to pay for more time at a higher rate. They left multiple trees down that had not been mulched. The land was left unworkable and inaccessible for upkeep with a tractor or other equipment. I was charged for driving time to the jobsite, which was not discussed in the negotiation process. They tried to pad their time by saying that they arrived earlier and left later, but I have documentation on my ring camera that is clear on arrival and departure time. I was not pleased with the results of their work. That being said, the owner is a very nice person and I truly believe he has good intentions. I feel like if he had seen the work performed for himself, he would not have allowed my property to have been left in the condition that it was.
