Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I liked that he was prompt, courteous and had all the proper equipment. However, he was over priced. His help was careless. His workmanship was not the best especially that they replaced an inside/outside air conditioning unit. The outside unit was hit by lightning, but there was nothing wrong with the inside unit. In any case, he had replaced both of them which was okay, but in the process, they destroyed the inside unit which was about a $400 unit. They need to improve on two areas. They need to better supervise their employees and be more competitively priced for their materials.
