Bo Morrison the owner came to the house the next day after my initial call. We reviewed my attempt at a design talked about our likes and dislikes when it comes to plant materials and discussed the pros and cons of different sod choices due to the number of trees in the yard. After taking a series of measurements Mr Morrison said he would complete the design work and asked if he could add his own flair to the project to which we agreed (and glad we did!) I received an email the next week with an electronic version of the completed plan along with his suggested plant choices and their exact placement. We made some modifications after discussions .Mr Morrison is very easy to work with and he really listens to the customer.
Once the plan was finalized he generated a detailed quote for all work and materials. Mr Morrison was upfront about his schedule as he was heavily booked over the next few weeks. Once work started they were plagued by one of the wettest July -August periods in many years . They worked as often as the weather would allow. One of the longest delays was the inability to get sod as the local sod farms were flooded from the large rainfalls that affected the entire area.  As work progressed we made several changes as my wife and I saw the land scape evolve from a bare dirt patch to a real lawn. Made some plant material choice changes and added to the scope of the project moving some work we intended to due in a second phase to the inital porject.
During the entire porject Mr Morrsion kept us informed as to status and updated us completion dates. Work was finished and came in over budgewt due to some addtions we made to the scope after work had started.
