We thought he had done a good job, but when it started raining in August, the roof started to leak. It had been on for about 2.5 years, but we still had the guarantee for the work. We called and asked him to come and it took five phone calls. By that time, the roof was leaking in two places. When I called him he said he will come by, and when he did not come by, we called another company and they came and repaired it the next day. I still have not heard from him since. We wrote a letter to the management about our experience. He does work around this area, but I think he takes on so much that he cannot handle it. I would not recommend him to anyone who has work that needs follow up. His price was reasonable. The original work that he did was good; the only thing was the follow up.
