He started off doing a decent job. He never took the trash away. The carport was filled to the brim with trash. I had to remove all of his trash. He never finished the work. There were a lot of small things like the wood across the threshold.
I had to pay him every week because he couldn't pay his helper. He also charged some of his tools to an open account that I had a hardware store. I never got reimbursed for that. The people I know in town, as well as myself, were not happy with him or his work.
They showed up when they felt like it.
