Description of Work: I really do not care for Windstream DSL I think they are too high and the DSL service is not especially fast. I used to have phone service as well but it was likewise too high and often poor quality even though I will have to say it improved some after complaints were made. I will have to give it to them, they do try to work with you to keep your business but its just not as good for the money as other options available in other areas. I have been a customer a long time >20 years for phone or other services and their biggest PLUS is coutesy and punctual responses.

Description of Work: Best customer service I've experienced. Especially face to face! I wish I could remember the name of the man who took care of my issue; you will be pleased with this company.

 + -1 moreWinstream has given me the highest speed internet I could have. They are fantastic but for unlimited long distance faxing is 130$/month price; So you don't have to pay 130$ to get the 12MBit internet speed, it just includes unlimited faxing.
