Plumbing
I own this house but my mother lives there. Usually I take care of getting repair people, but this time my mother took care of it due to the situation. Legally, they are safe. Morally, I feel that they took advantage of a soon to be 78 year old woman. I called today and asked for an itemized bill. I was asked what did I mean by an itemized bill. I replied that each service is broken down into labor charges and material charges. The woman said very bluntly; we do not do that. They charge by the job. So I asked if they had a charge FOR EVERY SITUATION. She said of course. There is no possible way. I would avoid this company like the plague.
