We've had this provider for years. Unfortunately we haven't been very
satisfied with their service. Supposedly we have quarterly treatments
that we never see them here for.

They do a good job. They come out to check to make sure there are no termites. They do a yearly inspection to make sure that termites have not come in. Everything seems to be fine.
