The work was never completed, one year after the contracted complition date, we are still waiting for the work to be completed. Money was paid in advance for construction materials; under the contract the unused balance was to be returned to us after a review of all reciepts the review never happened, and Jeff Johnson the builder will not return calls and emails, we have gone to his place of business at 3648 Veterans Memorial Parkway Valley Al. 36854 it has been abandoned. We know that he is still doing remolding and construction work in the Valley/Lannet area and hope that others do not fall victim. Additionally several of his sub-contractors have approached us threatening to place a lein on our house because they were never paid by Johnette Development
